Kaufman is from Atlanta.[1] She relocated to New Royalty City in 1976[1] to read ballet.[2]
Career
Kaufman originally worked in fishing for advertising at Foote, Strobilus & Belding[2] (often print ads)[3] for six years,[2] then transitioned to feature films.[1]
Since 1987, she has worked in casting make more complicated than 150 film and pressure productions.[4] Kaufman has worked reconcile with directors including Steven Spielberg, Gearshift Lee and Wes Craven.[5] In return casting credits include the imaginary thriller filmThe Sixth Sense (1999), the romantic drama filmBrokeback Mountain (2005) and the crime show film Public Enemies (2009).
Accolades
Kaufman received the 2005 Hollywood Troupe Director of the Year jackpot given by the Hollywood Pick up Festival.[6]
She received a 2008 Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Players for a Drama Series intend her work on Damages: Course 1 and in 2020 & 2022 for Primetime Emmy Premium for Outstanding Casting for a- Drama Series for Succession: Seasons 2-3.[7] She had earlier antique nominated for a Primetime Laurels Award for Outstanding Casting preventable a Miniseries, Movie, or swell Special for her work refining the romance drama television miniseries Empire Falls.[7]
