Joanne LiuOQ (born 1965)[1] is a Canadian pediatricemergency medicinephysician, Associate Professor of Medicine take care of the University of Montreal, Fellow of Clinical Medicine at McGill University, and the previous Ecumenical President of Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors Without Borders (MSF).[2] She was elected president during MSF's Ecumenical General Assembly in June 2013.[3]
Early life and education
